When using our services you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Our standard rates are shown above per square metre.
We do not price per job or give estimates, the aforementioned costs are fixed per metre. You may estimate from taking your own measurements if you like but our operator will charge based upon the exact measurements of whatever he has done after completion of the work.
Although we do not have a call out fee, we do have the right to refuse work if not commercially viable (i.e. too small).
Any special offers are only for a limited period and will be confirmed when booking.
Our equipment is varied and the pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. We use a range from simple jet wash lances, through to rotary cleaners and self powered petrol machines. We take a balanced view on what will be used and most appropriate for the job in hand. In most cases the larger machines are faster and will be commercially viable on larger jobs (saving on manpower). However the smaller machines are more gentle and easier to balance cleaning with care, sometimes taking longer to achieve the same result and therefore costing more in manpower. However the fixed prices take all this into account.

Normally we will use our own water and electricity supply (we carry tanks and generators). However, in the event of breakdown or where jobs are of a very large size, we may negotiate to use your supplies. We will compensate in these circumstances.

We take pride in cleaning and will endevour to get the best results possible. However some stains cannot be removed and a common sense approach has to be taken into account.
Payment is due upon completion unless account facilities have been pre arranged.
