For customers looking for a regular service we offer a free clean as an incentive to join us.
When using our services you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You do not have to be present when we attend but please ensure access is available (unlock back gates etc.).
Provided you do retain our services after the free clean, please note: We strive to keep customers happy and appreciate your feedback on anything we can improve upon. If you notice a leak or a stubborn area, just let us know so we can mark on the job notes and improve the service. The pure water we use leaves a remarkable finish but previous cleaners may have used detergents/chemicals an it may take 2 or 3 cleans to get the best standard from our system. Our standard clean includes windows, doors, frames and sills. Conservatory roofs are not included but can be cleaned as an extra (normally once a year). We also clean fascias, driveways/patios and clear gutters as an extra service.
Your first clean will be provided free as an incentive to join us. This also allows us to assess the work, so that rather than guess we will reply upon the operator to provide an accurate price when the free clean takes place (the paperwork will state £0 for this clean and £x for future cleans should you wish to retain us). We normally clean every 4 weeks (this can be changed, for instance some people living on main roads may prefer fortnightly) and provided you are happy with everything we will return for regular clean. There is no obligation to keep this arrangement in place for a fixed period (we don't bind customers to contracts, confident they will stay with us for our quality of work) but please note: our database diaries all jobs as regular cleans, therefore if you do not want to continue after the first clean (or indeed at any other point on the future), please contact us to be removed from the list.
Payment is due upon completion unless account facilities have been pre arranged.
